The Words We Wait for Most After Installation
After we install a machine and finish commissioning, we wait to hear back from the site. A few days later, the facilities manager tells us, "It's running great." Those few words mean more to us than anything else. It isn't lavish praise, but it tells us that the corrugated box bundles shipping out every day are being strapped reliably.
In a box plant, strapping is the last step before shipment. If it stops, nothing ships, no matter how smoothly the upstream processes are running. That is why a plain remark from the plant floor carries so much weight.
What Earns Those Words: The Role of Auto-Setting
Box plants change specifications several times a day. The AMB 1500 S/T inline automatic PP strapping machine uses 9-axis full-servo auto-setting: when the specification changes, the operator selects it on the touch panel and the machine adjusts itself. Compared with manual adjustment, this saves 10–30 minutes and takes pressure off the floor. Strap tension is also servo-controlled, so every band is applied evenly.
| 항목 | Manual Setup | AMB 1500 Auto-Setting |
|---|---|---|
| Specification Changeover | Adjusted by hand by the operator | Set automatically via touch panel selection |
| Setup Time | Relatively long | 10–30 minutes saved vs. manual |
| Tension Control | Depends on operator skill | Consistent through servo control |
| Drive Axes | - | 9-axis full servo |

What "It Runs Great" Really Means: Durability
On the plant floor, "it runs great" really means there are few nagging breakdowns. The AMB 1500 uses servo direct drive instead of pneumatics, so there are no air leaks and no cylinder wear. Wear parts and consumables are kept to a minimum, which makes the machine extremely rugged and able to run reliably for long periods. A speed of 28 cycles per minute only matters when the machine can sustain it reliably.
The Difference Operators Feel
Servo direct drive, with no air leaks or cylinder wear, cuts down on minor breakdowns and keeps the most basic promise of all: stable long-term operation.
The Maker Stands Behind It to the End
JS SYSTEM designs and manufactures its own inline automatic PP strapping machines in Korea. We were the first in Korea to apply full-servo automatic auto-setting technology and an overload-prevention control system, and both came from our goal of building equipment that lasts for years in the field. When you contact us, the manufacturer's own engineers who built the machine respond directly.
The maker stands behind it to the end.

So We Hear the Same Words at the Next Site
When we design our equipment, our benchmark is a typical day at a plant that makes and ships boxes. Any plant producing corrugated boxes, in any industry, needs reliable bundling of shipping units. Our goal is to hear "It's running great" at the next site, too.
