Weekly inspection is the basic safety routine that should be performed first at the worksite. AMB 1500 S/T handles a wide range of boxes, from a maximum of 1500 x 1300 (mm) to a minimum of 400 x 200, and supports dual banding, single banding, eccentric banding, and Auto-Setting modes. Therefore, the site should first check whether transfer and banding proceed smoothly according to changes in box specifications, whether banding tension is maintained stably, and whether the box transfer/banding speed adjustment function is set appropriately for actual operating conditions. In particular, in a high-speed operating environment of 28 cycles/min, even small abnormalities can accumulate repeatedly, so it is important to detect early signs quickly.
Weekly inspection: Check the supply status of 220V, 50/60Hz power and whether pneumatic pressure of 4~6kg/cm is maintained.
Weekly inspection: Check for any abnormal operation when switching between dual banding, single banding, eccentric banding, and Auto-Setting modes.
Weekly inspection: Inspect for transfer interference or banding imbalance when operating boxes with maximum dimensions of 1500 x 1300 (mm) and minimum dimensions of 400 x 200.
Monthly inspection: Check the response status of the 10 EA servo units and LS domestic control system, and inspect whether the load prevention control system is operating properly.
Monthly inspection: Check for signs of unnecessary load increase based on the 4kW power consumption standard.
Monthly inspection: Recheck whether the banding tension and box transfer/banding speed adjustment function match actual production conditions.
Annual inspection: Conduct a comprehensive inspection of installation stability and the site operating environment in accordance with the equipment dimensions of 2100 x 2600 x 1900 (mm) and weight of approximately 1,500kg.
Annual inspection: Use the domestic development/manufacturing/A/S one-stop service system to comprehensively diagnose the condition of key components and the control system.
