Auto-Setting That Doesn't Stop Even When Specifications Change
Even during unmanned overnight operation, the specifications of box bundles can change as production items switch over. The AMB 1500 applies Korea's first full-servo automatic-control auto-setting technology, so when the specification changes, the 9 axes adjust automatically simply by selecting the relevant specification on the touch panel. This saves 10–30 minutes compared with manual adjustment, allowing the line to be brought back up quickly even during shift handovers or transitions to unmanned operation.
In addition, tension servo control handles 28 strapping cycles per minute at uniform tension, so consistent-quality strapping is maintained throughout the night without anyone needing to monitor each one.
