Inline System Connected to Conveyor, AMB 1500 S/T Automatic Integration
In multi-stage processes, what matters is not only the performance of individual equipment, but also how reliably each process is connected to the next. JS SYSTEM's AMB 1500 S/T is an Automatic Inline Strapping Machine, designed as an inline system that enables the natural integration of the processes before and after banding with a conveyor. Based on a processing speed of 28 cycles/min, Korea's first full-servo automatic control Auto-Einstellung, and Korea's first load-prevention control system, it delivers a seamless automated flow from box infeed to banding and subsequent transfer.
Highest speed in the industry
High-speed banding processing optimized for inline process flow
LS domestic servo
Full-servo automatic control configuration based on 2.6A x9=13.4A
Energy savings
Improved power efficiency during automated process operation
Designed and manufactured in Korea
One-stop support for development, manufacturing, and A/S
In a conveyor-connected inline system, the key factors are the discharge timing of the preceding process, the acceptance capacity of the banding equipment, and the transfer stability to the next process after banding. AMB 1500 S/T supports dual banding, single banding, eccentric banding, and automatic setting, enabling flexible response according to box conditions and line objectives. In addition, box transfer speed and banding speed can be adjusted, allowing precise balancing of the entire line even when integrating with upstream loading processes or downstream packaging and shipping processes.
| 항목 | Integration Point | AMB 1500 S/T Application Method |
|---|---|---|
| Upstream process connection | Automatically accepts boxes fed in by conveyor | Responds to changes in box conditions with automatic setting |
| Banding section operation | Dual banding, single banding, and eccentric banding selectable | Maintains stable performance with excellent banding tension |
| Downstream process handoff | Continuously transfers to the next process after banding | Transfer speed and banding speed adjustable |
| Line stability | Applies Korea's first load-prevention control system | Reduces equipment burden when connecting multi-stage processes |

Inline response for large boxes
It supports sizes from a minimum of 400 x 200 to a maximum of 1500 x 1300 (mm), allowing various box flows to be operated on a single line.
The equipment specifications also clearly show the standards required for inline system construction. The power supply is 220V, 50/60Hz, power consumption is 4kW, and the pneumatic system uses domestically manufactured pneumatic components with 4~6kg/cm specifications. The equipment dimensions are 2100 x 2600 x 1900 (mm), and the weight is approximately 1,500kg, allowing installation conditions to be reviewed in detail when laying out a production line. Above all, one-stop service for domestic development, manufacturing, and A/S is available, providing practical advantages in response speed and maintenance even after actual line integration.
Korea's first full-servo automatic control Auto-Einstellung makes it easy to respond to condition changes during process integration.
The application of Korea's first load-prevention control system enhances stability during multi-stage process integration.
With a processing speed of 28 cycles/min, inline operation is possible without interrupting the flow of upstream and downstream processes.
Box transfer/banding speed can be adjusted, making it advantageous for setting the balance of the entire line.
Built on a domestic design and manufacturing base, it provides a response system in which the maker remains responsible through to the end.
Inline System Construction Points
AMB 1500 S/T is more than a standalone banding machine; it is inline equipment that reliably maintains the flow of multi-stage processes connected to conveyors. Based on a domestic design, manufacturing, and A/S system, JS SYSTEM provides practical solutions tailored to sites that require automatic integration of the processes before and after banding.
