Current packaging automation has advanced beyond the mechanization of simple repetitive tasks, evolving toward reducing setup time and responding quickly to product changes. AMB 1500 S/T supports dual banding, single banding, eccentric banding, and automatic setting, enabling operation tailored to box conditions and process requirements. It can handle everything from boxes up to 1500 x 1300 (mm) down to a minimum size of 400 x 200, allowing flexible application across various packaging conditions, and its box transfer and banding speed adjustment functions also enable fine-tuned operation suited to line conditions.

Future packaging process automation is not completed simply by reducing human intervention. Stable control, predictable maintenance, and on-site responsiveness must all be in place together. AMB 1500 S/T is equipped with 10 EA of LS domestic servo units, and its pneumatic components are also domestically made, giving it strengths in equipment reliability and maintenance. The power supply is 220V, 50/60Hz, and pneumatic operation is under 4~6kg/cm conditions. The equipment size is 2100 x 2600 x 1900 (mm), and its weight is approximately 1,500kg. This configuration can be seen as the result of considering both stable operation and field applicability required in smart factory environments.
