JS SYSTEM (JS System)'s AMB 1500 S/T responds to various product conditions based on four banding modes: dual banding, single banding, eccentric banding, and automatic setting. In particular, it is designed to deliver stable securing performance in large-product packaging sections where cross banding is required. The key is that it applies Korea's first full-servo automatic control auto setting and Korea's first load-prevention control system to ensure uniform tension and a consistent workflow even for large boxes.

Cross banding is effective in sites where box movement must be controlled more stably than with one-directional securing alone. AMB 1500 S/T allows adjustment of box transfer speed and banding speed, and based on an LS domestic specification with Servo 10 EA (2.6A x9=13.4A), it responds precisely to changes in box size and packaging conditions. In addition, the automatic setting function reduces the operator's burden of repeatedly adjusting conditions and helps maintain more consistent banding quality even when packaging large products.

AMB 1500 S/T supports sizes from a minimum of 400 x 200 up to a maximum of 1500 x 1300 (mm), and applies domestic pneumatic components with pneumatic pressure of 4~6kg/cm.
