AMB 1500 S/T from JS SYSTEM (JS System) is an Automatic Inline Strapping Machine, a full-servo-based system designed to reduce on-site setup variation and maintain consistent tension quality. Centered on a 10 EA servo configuration and 2.6A x9=13.4A drive-axis control, it quickly aligns tension conditions and delivers stable banding performance even on lines with frequent box size changes. In particular, its 28 cycles per minute processing performance combined with auto-setting logic enables simultaneous control of productivity and quality.

By combining box transfer and banding speed adjustment functions with full-servo automatic control auto-setting, it maintains consistent tension quality even in high-speed sections.
The core of precision tension control is managing variation in repetitive operation. AMB 1500 S/T selects operating patterns suited to box conditions through dual banding, single banding, eccentric banding, and auto-setting modes, reducing setup changeover time and improving operational efficiency. It also applies Korea’s first load-prevention control system, designed to maintain stable equipment operation even in sections with sudden load increases. As a result, operators can focus more on production operation rather than condition readjustment, and the line can secure a more predictable quality flow.
